Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

European Union: 

All stated prices include applicable taxes and shipping costs.

Resin statues and other pre-order produtcs are excluded from the free shipping rates due to their larger volume and weight. Shipping costs for these items are calculated separately at checkout or reviewed after the order is placed. Additionally, resin statues are typically pre-order items and are only produced once the pre-order is confirmed.

In some cases, the shipping cost calculation may take longer, especially if the products have not yet arrived at our warehouse.

Pre-Order Information:
Resin statues are often pre-order items and are only produced once the pre-order is confirmed. Final shipping costs for these items may be reviewed and adjusted after the order has been placed.

For these special items:

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout (if available) or reviewed after order placement.
• Order Confirmation: Once we have reviewed the shipping costs, we will notify you via email within 48 hours. At this point, you can confirm the shipping charges or withdraw from the purchase agreement.
• Production Timeline: As these items are pre-ordered and custom-produced, delivery times may vary based on production schedules.

If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:

For products that exceed the maximum size and weight limits, we will use a freight service for shipping. For these special items, shipping costs can either be calculated at checkout (if available) or requested in advance by contacting us before placing an order. If no prior request is made, shipping costs will be reviewed after the order is placed, and you will receive an email with the exact shipping costs within 48 hours.

Once the shipping cost email is received, you have 48 hours to confirm the charges or withdraw from the purchase agreement. If no response is received within this timeframe, the order will automatically proceed, and the shipping process will begin.

Example: A life-size statue made of resin may require freight shipping due to its dimensions and weight.

Delivery periods

For goods customised according to customer requirements, the revised submission will be made within 30  working days following conclusion of the contract, execution of the design work and delivery of the goods within 60  working days following approval of the revised submission (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise specified in the respective quote.

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 30 working days, for deliveries abroad within 60 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Pre-orders follow the production schedules provided by the studios. Estimated shipping dates are communicated in quarterly timeframes (e.g., Q1: January-March). Once the item has been produced and shipped, the buyer will receive a shipping notification.
